Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges — 14 Days

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or an exchange. We want you to be happy with your fragrance, and if it isn't right for you we will make it right.

What can be returned

Any perfume that is still sealed and unused, in its original box and packaging, together with the invoice or order number. Testers and decants must be unopened and their seal intact.

What cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept a perfume that has been opened, sprayed or used, unless it arrived damaged, leaking, or is the wrong item. Gift cards and personalised or engraved orders are also non-returnable.

Damaged, leaking, or wrong item

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is broken, leaking, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full — including the shipping cost. This applies even if the bottle has been opened.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp at 01065286668 or email operfume4@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return and arrange the pickup with you. Please do not ship an item back before contacting us first.

Return shipping cost

If the item arrived damaged, leaking, or wrong, we cover the return shipping. If you simply changed your mind, the return shipping fee is deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

You can exchange a sealed, unused perfume for another fragrance of the same or higher value within 14 days. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference. The fastest way is to contact us and we will arrange the swap directly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and issue the refund within 7 business days. Card payments are refunded to the original card; cash on delivery orders are refunded by InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, or bank transfer to the account of your choice.
